I've been working on my own Ghostbusters 3 script ever since Ramis passed & the female reboot was announced. My script is turning out greater than I could of first imagined, so at least I have that Soon I will be working on writing my own Ghostbusters 4&5 spinoffs that are what I imagine the franchise could & should be. Like most fans I wish to see the franchise continue but not in the direction of the reboot! When I write I'm inspired by all the things I've heard fans dream of over the years as well as the things I've heard Ackroyd say about what he thinks it should be. I wanted to write something that really embodies the spirit of the first 2 movies & honors & celebrates the original cast & story. I can't think of a better franchise to live on for all time then ghostbusters if it was done right. The reboot was a disaster & was more of a slapstick parody, and a bit of a slap in the face to many die hard fans such as myself. I will always have hope somehow a true GB3 will live on

Hi Ivan,
I know that when Harold Ramis Died All of The Ghostbusters Fan's were Sad. I cried too when Harold Died. I do understand why you didn't want to direct the Sequel which was a Reboot. Harold Would be Proud of you Ivan if you directed and produced a Ghostbusters 3 with the Original Cast with the same cast from the reboot. Since Sony has Ghost Corps so many GB Films can be made. Dan has a lot of scripts that he wrote for it and that can Finally be used ( like some in the reboot.) We can still have a cartoon GB Movie and a Live-Action Movie Sequel Ghostbusters 3. Please mention this to Sony because The Fans ( Like Me) wants a Sequel with The Original Cast Passion the torch and talk about a Huge Box Office Hit at The Theaters!!!:)

Hi Ivan,
When you announced that Sony Will be making more Ghostbusters Movie's Please have the Original GB Cast with the new cast for a Ghostbusters 2 Reboot or for a Sequel to Ghostbusters 3. Harold Ramis Would be Proud if Sony still makes a Ghostbusters 3 with the Original Cast and the new cast from the reboot. Harold Will be Smiling from Heaven! I don't know why a lot of People hated The Reboot? I Loved it and so did my 7 year old niece!:) I have it on DVD and I ordered the extended version on cable which is Awesome with more scene's!:) With Ghost Corps a Sequel should happen with that with the Original Cast ( from GB 1 and 2) and you can Decitated it to Harold Ramis. I did that with my reboot tickers. Awesome Movie as well with Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters 2!!!:) Please keep the GB Fans Posted on Sony making more new GB Movies!:)

Please make a Ghostbusters 3 using the original cast members passing the torch to a new generation of Ghostbusters. Guaranteed it will be a box office hit.

Your films, namely GB and GB2, are a HUGE part of my childhood. Even today, I still collect GB stuff and even cosplay charity events with my GB gear (Check out The Florence Ghostbusters on Facebook). I even made a replica of Ecto-1.

PLEASE, don't let this new film be a "reboot". Adding an "alternate universe" is going to really convolute the Ghostbusters franchise. I hate that there are people in Hollywood that are more interested in pandering to millennials that don't understand truly funny subtle comedy than they are making a quality comedic film.

Again, PLEASE don't let this new film ignore the continuity that you and the amazing cast/crew of Ghostbusters have already established.
